Overview

Step in mixed gas corrosion gas test chamber shall refer to the standard GB/T 2423.51-2000; Designed and manufactured for mixed gas testing of sulfur dioxide gas, hydrogen sulfide gas, nitrogen dioxide, and chlorine gas. The equipment utilizes a mixture of sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, and chlorine gas to accelerate the corrosion of materials or products in a certain temperature and relative humidity environment, reproducing the degree of damage suffered by materials or products within a certain time range. The equipment can be used to assess the ability of materials and their protective layers to resist mixed gas corrosion

Test box structure

The box body is made of imported PVC plastic sheet, which is softened at high temperature and then cooled by a special mold to form a shape. The joints between the boards are milled into a 90 degree right angle, and then filled with plastic welding wire melted by a high-temperature welding gun. After cooling, the welds are more firm, and the joints of the entire box body are smooth and flat. The box body structure is compact and the appearance is bright. The equipment is designed with two sets of boxes, and the temperature and humidity inside the box are controlled by an external temperature and humidity air conditioning cabinet to create a specified temperature and humidity environment, which enters the box body and circulates inside the box body. A set of air conditioning system is designed for the equipment, which includes a refrigeration system, a heating system, and a humidification system. The air conditioning system produces a temperature and humidity that meets the test requirements. At the same time, a certain concentration of mixed gas is input and mixed evenly in the equipment mixing room before entering the box. The flow rate is controlled to reach the specified range, and the concentration can be detected and effectively controlled by various gas concentration detectors to reach the specified range. The equipment heats up quickly and the temperature and humidity are evenly distributed. The heating and humidification element adopts titanium metal heating tubes, which are corrosion-resistant and have a long service life. The box door is made of tempered glass, making it easy to open and close. Using corrosion-resistant silicone rubber seal to ensure that gas does not overflow. The design of the sample frame structure follows national standards and can also use hooks, which have a large load-bearing capacity and are easy to place the test samples. After the gas comes out of the steel cylinder, it is depressurized and then controlled by a corrosion-resistant solenoid valve to enter the mixing box through a flow meter. Afterwards, it enters the diversion pipeline at the bottom of the box together with the temperature and humidity air in the air conditioning cabinet, and passes evenly through the box. Equipped with over temperature protection and low water level warning to ensure safe use.


The refrigeration system of the equipment is installed at the bottom of the equipment, mainly for cooling, constant temperature and dehumidification during summer use.

The equipment control system is designed on the right side of the box and is easy to operate. The specially designed gas filtration device can quickly and effectively filter the residual gas inside the box after the experiment is completed, and the residual gas will not cause pollution to the atmosphere, making it easy to operate. The device adopts the method of atomizing alkali solution curtain to neutralize acidic gases, and finally passes through the adsorption of activated carbon to make the output exhaust gas weakly alkaline.

Debugging and acceptance of equipment


After the equipment is transported to the buyer for installation, both parties shall jointly inspect and accept the equipment. After the acceptance is completed, both parties shall jointly sign the equipment acceptance report. The acceptance criteria shall be implemented in accordance with the technical agreement signed by both parties. The supplier shall provide free training on equipment operation and daily maintenance to the equipment operation and maintenance personnel of the demander until the demander's personnel are proficient in it. The demander can arrange relevant personnel to the supplier for free training on system maintenance and repair as needed. The time, location, and content of the training will be determined by both parties when the final contract is signed. After installation, debugging, and final acceptance, the quality assurance period shall be calculated from the date of signing the acceptance certificate by both parties. The quality assurance period is 12 months, with lifelong maintenance. Respond to equipment malfunction issues raised by the demand party within 4 hours; For faults that the purchaser cannot solve on their own, they shall arrive at the purchaser within 48 hours to carry out on-site maintenance of the equipment. Outside the warranty period, the supplier actively cooperates with the purchaser to repair the equipment, and charges cost fees for parts that need to be replaced.
