The shell of Nanjing Ventilation Aging Test Chamber JL-RLH-100 is processed and formed by high-quality A3 steel plate CNC machine tool, and the surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic. The inner liner is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, and the structural design is reasonable. The insulation material is high-density glass fiber cotton, and the insulation layer thickness is 150mm, so that the indoor temperature will not be transmitted to the outside of the equipment, ensuring a balanced and stable temperature in the laboratory. Mixing system: Equipped with a high-power long shaft fan motor and a high-temperature resistant stainless steel axial flow impeller to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation. The equipment's ventilation system is automatically controlled with adjustable ventilation volume.

1、 Briefly describe

The aging test chamber can be used to assess and determine the adaptability of materials for storage and use under high temperature environmental conditions. The equipment can reach high temperatures from room temperature to 300 ℃ in the testing workspace. The equipment adopts forced air circulation and provides an automatic ventilation device with adjustable ventilation volume. The test sample will not be subjected to direct thermal radiation from the heating elements inside the equipment.

This equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant standards of JB/T 7444 and GB-T11026.4-1999
