Overview

The WZPK-276S armored platinum resistor can be used to measure temperatures within the range of -200 to 500 ℃, and can be directly connected to secondary instruments using copper wires. Due to its excellent electrical output characteristics, it can provide accurate temperature change input signals for displays, recorders, regulators, scanners, data recorders, and computers, and should comply with the JB/T8622-1997 standard.

Product Introduction

Armored platinum resistance is a type of temperature sensor that has a smaller diameter, is more flexible, and has better shock resistance than prefabricated platinum resistance. It is suitable for installation in situations where prefabricated platinum resistance cannot be installed. Our WRPK series of armored platinum resistance uses imported platinum resistance temperature measuring elements, which have the advantages of precision, sensitivity, fast thermal response time, stable quality, and long service life.

The outer protective sleeve of the armored platinum resistor is made of stainless steel and filled with high-density oxide material insulation. Therefore, it has strong anti pollution performance and excellent mechanical strength, making it suitable for installation in harsh environments.

working principle

Working principle of armored platinum resistance: The resistance of platinum resistance wire changes with temperature. The display instrument will indicate the temperature value corresponding to the resistance value generated by the platinum resistor.

Nominal pressure

Generally refers to the ability of the protective tube to withstand static external pressure without rupture at room temperature, and the experimental pressure is generally 1.5 times the nominal pressure. In fact, the allowable nominal pressure is not only related to the material, diameter, and wall thickness of the protective tube, but also to its structural form, installation method, insertion depth, as well as the flow rate and type of the measured medium.

Thermal response time

When there is a step change in temperature, the time required for the output of the thermal resistor to change to 50% of the step change is called the thermal response time, represented by t0.5.

Thermal resistance insulation resistance:

The experimental voltage for insulation resistance at room temperature can take any value from 10 to 100V DC, the ambient temperature should be within the range of 15 to 35 ℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%; The insulation value at room temperature should not be less than 100M Ω.

Thermal resistance allows current to pass through

Measure the maximum current through an armored platinum resistor, which should not exceed 5m.
