Product Overview:
The 1151 transmitter is used to measure micro differential pressure to large differential pressure, low pressure to high pressure, liquid level, vacuum degree, and specific gravity. Combined with the throttling device, flow can also be measured without the need for an external square root opener. Its characteristics are as follows:

The pressure of the measured medium is transmitted to the central measuring diaphragm through the isolation diaphragm of the δ chamber (LT and DP/GP remote transmitters with 1199 are used to transmit the measured pressure first through an isolation diaphragm and a fully sealed capillary system filled with silicone oil or fluorine oil before being transmitted to the isolation diaphragm of the δ chamber) and the filling oil in it. Except for the AP type pressure transmitter, which measures the vacuum reference point on the other side of the diaphragm, other types of measuring diaphragms have either atmospheric pressure or the low-pressure side of the measured differential pressure. The measuring diaphragm is a pre tensioned elastic element, and its displacement is proportional to the pressure of the measured medium. The largest displacement is only 0.10mm, and the position of the measuring diaphragm is detected by the capacitor fixed plates on both sides. The differential capacitance between the measuring membrane and the fixed plates of the two capacitors is linearly converted into a two-wire current signal of 4-20mADC by the amplification circuit.

Power consumption: only applicable to L and M models. Under normal working conditions, the L-type is 1.5mA and the M-type is 2.0Ma.
