The self drying corrosion-resistant diaphragm vacuum pump is suitable for applications that transmit humid gases.
When the pump is running, the blow valve controller will control the blow valve to open at set time intervals and blow strong wind into the pump head. Strong winds blow the accumulated condensed water inside the pump head out, thereby achieving self drying of the pump head. During this process, the condensed liquid can be discharged from the pump head while maintaining the vacuum level within the system, without affecting the vacuum level. The drying program can be set through the control panel, and users can customize parameters such as blowing start time, blowing interval, and blowing time.
