Product Introduction
The WDR electric heating boiler is a horizontal heating boiler launched by Yongxing Boiler Group, which uses electricity as its energy source. It mainly includes electric heating steam boilers, electric heating atmospheric hot water boilers, and electric heating pressurized hot water boilers. It uses electricity as the heating energy source, and does not produce exhaust gas, waste residue, waste materials, etc. during the working process, which not only improves the working environment of workers, but also meets the requirements of national environmental protection policies. It is a boiler that meets the needs of customers very well. Compared with other boilers, it also has the characteristics of low noise, stable operation, easy operation, and high thermal efficiency.

The WDR type electric heating boiler adopts a furnace body electric control cabinet separation method, which avoids the problem of component aging caused by heating and improves the service life. The boiler body is made of boiler steel plate, and the longitudinal and circumferential welds are both automatically welded and subjected to X-ray inspection, which not only ensures the quality of the boiler but also improves the aesthetic appearance. In addition, it can also automatically track and detect the circulation pump, and control the start or stop of the circulation pump based on the outlet water temperature to meet the requirements of daily work.

Performance characteristics

The boiler body adopts high-quality insulation materials for insulation, with low heat dissipation loss and reduced energy consumption.
The perfect combination of furnace body and electrical control device achieves mechatronics integration and reduces space occupation.
The electric heating tube and furnace body are connected by flanges, which is easy to disassemble and maintain.
Equipped with automatic fault memory function, convenient for viewing and repairing.
The controller adopts a digital LCD display screen, fully displayed in Chinese, with a graphical operating interface. Users can directly view the device's operating parameters through the display screen.
The boiler adopts a step-by-step loading or unloading design, effectively protecting the heating elements, reducing the impact on the power grid, and extending the service life.
The heating device uses ceramic electric heating tubes with surface loads several times lower than metal heating tubes, which extends the service life and improves the thermal efficiency, reaching up to 99%.


The automatic operation time of the boiler can be set as needed, and even better, multiple different working periods can be set in a day.
