Structural features:
Composed of two 1000W single ended dysprosium metal halide lamp heads, it can be equipped with floodlight or spotlight heads as needed; Can remotely control the lamp head to flip and illuminate in any direction according to on-site needs, with high brightness, strong penetration, and wide range of illumination

The cable uses a spiral cable, which can be stored in the cable box and connected to the lighting lamp to provide 220V voltage. The lighting lamp is controlled to turn on and off through the control box. The control box is equipped with a high-power air pump. When lifting the lamp post, the air pump works to increase the pressure and raise the lamp post. The control box completes the functions of lamp post lifting and lighting lamp control

4、 Open box inspection

1. Open the box

1) Carefully open the packaging and remove all components; Install according to the instructions.

2) Check all possible transportation damages; If any damage occurs, please notify our company.

Note:

• When moving equipment, the lamp post should be moved, but do not pull the lamp or lamp post forcefully to prevent damage to the components of the lamp transmission box or lamp post;

• Place the device on a rigid support plane and ensure it can withstand a weight of 50KG;

• Do not attempt to power on the device before inspection, as it may pose a danger to your personal safety;

• Check that there are no magnetic substances involved within a 500mm radius around the equipment;

• 5、 Installation

• 1) Set the control box and lamp post in a fixed position to avoid insufficient cable distance.

• 2) Drill holes in the bottom of the car according to the size of the equipment lamp post (choose the installation method as needed).

  3) After removing the flange of the equipment lamp post, place the lamp post down from the installation hole on the bottom of the vehicle into the fixed upper and lower flange plates

  4) Linking and fixing the lamp post to the lighting surface can be done forward or backward.

  5) Connect the light pole cable to the control box plug and tighten the plug screws.

  6) The control box is powered on and connected to AC 220V for power supply.

  7) After power on, all functions of the device can be operated using both wireless remote control and wired controller.

Note:

• Only trained and qualified personnel are allowed to install, use, or maintain this equipment;

  Before connecting the power supply or operating this device, please make sure to install the lifting car mounted mobile lighting device

  There are no high-voltage wires within 10 meters of the square; If the equipment comes into contact with high voltage electricity, it may cause injury to personnel

  Death or equipment damage!!

  Do not place hands or objects in the telescopic position of the equipment, as it may cause injury to personnel;

  4. Do not let the naked eye face the light of the equipment fixture directly, as this may cause temporary blindness;

  Do not move the device while it is raised to avoid damage and danger!!!

  The following situations cannot provide free warranty service:

  Failure to follow the instructions resulted in malfunction and damage!

  Malfunctions caused by unauthorized personnel repairing without our company's permission!

  Without our company's permission, the customer made unauthorized modifications and caused malfunctions!

  Malfunctions caused by unstable and incorrect voltage of the equipment supplied by the customer!
