The microcomputer moisture analyzer is a new intelligent automatic moisture analyzer designed based on GB/T211 and GB/T15334, respectively. Specially suitable for determining the total moisture content of coal: Mt or moisture content of air dried coal samples: Mad (analytical water); It can also be used to determine the moisture content of other non-metallic substances.

1. Adopting advanced technology from the United States, the 5.7-inch touch LCD screen adopts an embedded installation method to ensure the firmness of the touch screen. Infrared technology, using CRT display materials to make the touch screen more durable. Multi layer composite film coverage ensures optimal color distortion, reflectivity, and clarity, with sensitive sensing and high positioning accuracy. The effective coverage area is up to 90% wear-resistant, with a lifespan of up to 10 years. It displays Chinese characters and can be operated directly without the need for an external computer.
2. The microcontroller is automatically controlled, with accurate measurement and stable performance.
3. Fast analysis, easy operation, weighing range can reach 1-5 kilograms.
4. It has three drying methods: light wave, infrared, and mixed, and automatically weighs the sample. The drying time can be set arbitrarily, and the microcomputer drying has high efficiency, short time, and high energy saving. For coal and iron ore materials with high content of coke, flammable materials, and metals, infrared drying method is used.
5. The furnace door adopts multiple safety protection devices and is equipped with drop point protection function.
6. Adopting imported precision electronic analytical balance with self checking and automatic zeroing functions.
