Product Details

  1. The bidirectional communication between the computer and the controller enables comprehensive monitoring of the control equipment.
  2. Automatically control and display the heating temperature of single or double furnaces.
  3. Automatically measure and display the shrinkage of coal samples from single or double furnaces.
  4. Automatically draw the curve of furnace temperature variation over time.
  5. Automatically draw volume curves for dual or single furnaces;
  6. Automatically fill in the furnace temperature before and after every 10 minutes.
  7. Alarm at the inflection point of the volume curve, reminding laboratory personnel to perform operations such as starting, stopping, silencing, and running the equipment.
  8. Manually detect the data of the adhesive surface, input it into the computer through the keyboard and save it.
  9. Automatically draw upper and lower glue surface curves and calculate glue surface and thickness.
  10. Automatically calculate test results and print out test records and reports.
  11. Store previous test data for querying and printing.
  12. It can control the heating rate of both the front and rear furnaces simultaneously, or it can be controlled separately.
JC-8 microcomputer colloid layer analyzer is a specialized instrument used for measuring the colloid layer index of bituminous coal, including three indicators: the thickness Y of the colloid layer, the final shrinkage X, and the type of volume curve. Complies with the requirements of GB/T479-2000 "Method for Determining the Index of Bituminous Coal Colloidal Layer". This instrument has advanced technology both domestically and internationally, simple operation, and accurate data analysis. The equipped controller consists of two separate systems, which can control two sets of heating furnaces simultaneously or one set of heating furnaces separately. It can be widely used in coal, metallurgy, chemical, geological exploration and other departments.
The JC-8 microcomputer glial layer analyzer adopts the Windows 98 and above operating system, with human-machine interaction, instant learning and use, perfect combination of menu mode and shortcut keys, and flexible and convenient mouse and keyboard operation. This instrument can automatically calculate the test results with accuracy and reliability. Color printing output test records and test reports. Store previous test data for querying and printing. Dual interface (computer and controller) control display for easy analysis and maintenance. Automatically control and describe the entire process of measuring the resin layer index with respect to furnace temperature over time, resin layer thickness, shrinkage rate, and heating changes. Accurately obtain X and Y values, volume curve types, and coke technical characteristics, and print out the process curves and results.
