2) Multiple sample measurements: One host can perform the measurement of 1-20 samples at a time. Each time, the sample can be automatically identified and measured without the need for manual recording.

3) Fast heating: Due to the use of high-efficiency carbon tubes as heating elements, this instrument can reach the set temperature in a very short time, effectively shortening the testing time and having a good energy-saving effect.

4) Fast measurement speed: Due to the use of automatic weighing, which is carried out in a closed furnace chamber without manual intervention, the dried sample can be weighed immediately without cooling. The identification, peeling, and weight loss calculation of the sample are all automatically performed by the computer, resulting in a very fast measurement speed.

5) High precision: Pre installed Mettler electronic balance (with a sensitivity of 0.1mg), the entire measurement process is automatically carried out without human error, with high measurement accuracy and good repeatability.

The WBSC-8020 microcomputer fully automatic moisture analyzer is mainly used for the determination of total moisture (and analytical water) in coal, chemical raw materials, wood, and other materials.

Measurement principle

1) Drying principle:

Four high-efficiency and energy-saving carbon heating tubes are used in the furnace chamber to quickly raise the temperature to the set point. The samples rotate uniformly on the turntable in the furnace to evenly heat each sample. Under the high temperature, the water evaporates and vaporizes, thus drying the samples.

2) Measurement principle

Weigh a certain amount of sample with a particle size less than 6mm, place it in the furnace of the moisture analyzer, and rapidly evaporate the moisture at high temperature. Calculate the moisture content based on the mass loss of the sample after drying.
