Volatile phenol distillation deviceIt is a device commonly used for separating and recovering volatile organic compounds (such as phenolic substances). Mainly based on the principle of liquid distillation, the separation and recovery of volatile organic compounds are achieved through heating and fractionation processes.
Heating system: Internally equipped with heating equipment (such as a heating furnace), the organic compounds in the mixture are heated to above their boiling point by providing a heat source.
Fractionation tower: There is a fractionation tower inside the device, which usually includes a feeding device, tray (or packing), and top condenser. In the fractionation tower, the mixture is heated and enters the top condenser.
Condenser: The cooling medium (such as cold water) in the tower top condenser condenses the steam discharged from the top of the fractionation tower into liquid. In the condenser, organic compounds are condensed into liquid and then collected through a collection device.
Reflux system: Part of the condensed liquid is returned to the fractionation tower through the reflux system to provide higher fractionation efficiency and recovery rate.

2. The heating power can be adjusted at intervals of 100 watts, with a maximum heating power of 1600 watts.
3. The heating time can be adjusted, with a maximum timer time of 2 hours and 30 minutes and a minimum timer time of 10 minutes.
4. Optional external water cooling circulation device, capable of cooling 5 condenser tubes simultaneously.
5. Built in gas generator, blowing air into 5 distillation bottles to improve distillation efficiency.

Volatile phenol distillation deviceThe operation process usually includes the following steps:
Preparation for startup: Check if the safety device, feeding device, and condensing system of the device are functioning properly. Set parameters such as distillation temperature and reflux ratio as needed.
Heating operation: Add the mixture to the feeding device, start the heating equipment to heat it above the target temperature, and evaporate the organic compounds.
Fractionation and condensation: Steam passes through the fractionation tower and is cooled in the top condenser, while some liquid is returned to the fractionation tower through the reflux system for further fractionation.
Collect products: Collect condensed liquid, i.e. volatile organic compound products, from the condenser.
Shutdown cleaning: Turn off the heating equipment and condensing system, clean and maintain the device.
