ViewSizer™3000We have achieved a breakthrough in nanoparticle tracking and analysis technology, including * irradiation and detection methods, making it possible to visualize nanoparticles of various sizes, measure particle size and quantity concentration.
Like traditional NTA, this instrument can visualize the scattered light of individual nanoparticles in suspension, and then use this data to determine particle motion and infer particle size using the Stokes Einstein equation. Based on this, the number and concentration of particles can be determined using the known illuminated and imaged sample volume.One measurement can obtain two key pieces of information: particle size distribution and particle concentration.
Due to the use of three wavelengths of visible light sources (blue, green, red) in the instrument, better conditions can be selected for sample testing, overcoming the limitations of NTA technology in analyzing dispersed samples and enabling visualization of particles over a larger size range. In addition, the ViewSizer 3000 sample tank is easy to use and clean, and has intermittent stirring function, providing higher reproducibility of results. Due to the fact that the sample is observed vertically, it is highly suitable for observing processes such as protein aggregation or crystal dissolution. ViewSizerTM3000 * multi wavelength light source and detection technology give it unique advantages in fluorescent particle analysis, allowing it to distinguish different components with the same particle size distribution in the sample. The overlapping particle size distribution diagram shown in the left figure clearly indicates the concentrations of different components in the mixed sample and their percentages in the mixture.
