Product Usage

This product is widely used in hazardous areas of Zone 21 and Zone 22 where combustible dust is present. Typical application industries include but are not limited to food and feed processing, tobacco, metal powder processing, coal powder preparation, chemical plastics, wood processing, and all industrial production environments that may generate combustible dust, used for power distribution, motor control, lighting, and power management of instrument signal circuits.

Product materials

The main body of the box can be made of high-quality carbon steel Q235A or stainless steel 304316L according to customer needs. The surface of the carbon steel box has undergone strict phosphating treatment and adopts high-voltage electrostatic spraying technology, which has good anti-corrosion ability. Stainless steel casing has stronger corrosion resistance. The sealing strip is made of high-temperature and anti-aging silicone rubber material to ensure the effectiveness of long-term sealing of the box. All internal fasteners are made of stainless steel to prevent rusting.

Product parameters

The explosion-proof mark is Ex DIP A21 TAT6 or Ex tb IIIC T85 degrees Celsius Db. The enclosure protection level reaches IP65. The rated working voltage is AC 220 volts, 380 volts, and 660 volts. The rated current can reach up to 400 amperes in the main circuit depending on the configuration. The applicable ambient temperature range is negative 20 degrees Celsius to positive 40 degrees Celsius.

Product model

The product model can be defined as FBX series or AJP series according to enterprise rules. Support customized non-standard models based on specific user needs, and reflect key information such as material circuit number and special functions in the model.

Instructions for Use

Please confirm that the work area is in a non hazardous state and power off before installation. The box should be reliably grounded. Cable entry requires the use of a matching explosion-proof cable entry device and ensuring a tight seal. During operation, wiring should strictly follow the voltage and current parameters marked inside the box, and overloading is not allowed. Regularly check whether the sealing components are aging and whether the cable entry device is loose, and maintain and replace them in a timely manner.

Product packaging

The product adopts a single independent packaging form. The inner layer is wrapped with moisture-proof plastic film, and the outer layer is made of sturdy cardboard boxes or wooden packaging boxes according to customer requirements. The box is filled with foam or fixed with cardboard to prevent collision and damage during transportation. Clearly label the product name, model, weight, moisture and shock resistance on the outside of the packaging box.
