The structural design of the explosion-proof shell combined with the increased safety wiring chamber effectively prevents the internal arc from propagating outward, ensuring safe operation in hazardous areas containing explosive gases or vapors. The explosion-proof surface is precision machined and tightly matched, capable of withstanding internal explosion pressure without damage.

The protection level reaches IP65, which can prevent dust from entering and withstand water spray from any direction. For outdoor or humid environments, the optional IP66 protection level can withstand strong water spray or wave impact. 8、 Instructions for use
Pre-installation check
After opening the box, carefully inspect the appearance of the product for any damage or loose fasteners
Check whether the nameplate parameters are consistent with the usage requirements, including voltage, current, explosion-proof level, etc
Check whether the internal components are intact and whether the wiring terminals are firm and reliable
Installation requirements
Installation must be carried out by qualified professional electrical personnel in accordance with the GB 50058 Design Code for Electrical Installations in Explosive Hazardous Environments
The installation location should have no severe vibration or impact, and the inclination should not exceed 5 degrees
The incoming and outgoing cables must use matching explosion-proof cable sealing joints to ensure reliable sealing between the cables and the joints
When using steel pipe wiring, the thread engagement should be no less than 6 threads and coated with anti rust grease
The box must be reliably grounded, and both the internal and external grounding bolts should be firmly tightened
Usage and Operation
The handle or button on the operation panel should move smoothly and not be operated violently
It is strictly prohibited to open the cover with electricity. Before maintenance, the front power supply must be cut off and confirmed to be dead
Regularly check if the sealing strip is aging and if the fasteners are loose. Clean the dust and debris inside the box
Fault handling
If a trip occurs, the cause of the fault should be identified first, such as overload, short circuit, leakage, etc. After troubleshooting, the circuit can be closed
When internal components are damaged and need to be replaced, explosion-proof certified components of the same specifications must be selected. Random substitution is strictly prohibited
