1、 Product Usage
The XRW-300PB model is a high gear vertical type. The hot deformation Vicat softening point temperature tester is mainly used for measuring the hot deformation temperature and Vicat softening point temperature of non-metallic materials such as plastics, rubber, nylon, and electrical insulation materials. One instrument can perform two types of experiments. It is an ideal testing tool for various non-metallic material production enterprises, quality inspection units, colleges and universities, and other departments.
The thermal deformation temperature of a material refers to the temperature at which a standard specimen is subjected to a constant three-point bending load, causing it to generate a certain bending stress. Under the condition of uniform heating, the temperature is measured to reach the standard deflection corresponding to the specified bending strain increment.
The Vicat softening point temperature of a material refers to the temperature at which a standard pressure needle penetrates 1mm deep into the surface of the sample under a certain load condition when the standard sample is heated uniformly.
The XRW-300PB model is a vertical computer type, with electric lifting of the sample holder and weight holder, and the testing process is controlled by the computer.
The XRW-300NB model is a vertical digital display type, with an electric lifting system for the sample holder and weight holder. The testing process is controlled by a LCD screen box.
The XRW-300PA model is a desktop computer model, with the sample holder and weights manually lifted, and the testing process controlled by a computer.

IIIInstrument Features
This instrument uses methyl silicone oil bath medium for heating, with fast heating speed, high heating temperature, uniform temperature distribution, and can fully meet the temperature requirements of the experiment. Instrument layout for multi-point temperature measurement, ensuring timely and accurate temperature measurement. Using high-precision displacement sensors to measure deformation, the measurement is accurate and timely. The digital dial gauge can directly read the displacement value and transmit it to the computer system for display. The deformation of each sample is independently controlled and does not affect each other. Multiple stirrers are used to mix the oil bath solution, making the temperature more uniform. A copper tube water cooling system is installed on the inner wall of the oil bath tank, which can accelerate cooling after the test is completed, quickly reducing the oil temperature to near room temperature and greatly improving the test speed. The load is loaded using standard weights, which are accurate and stable. The test rack and weight rack are electrically adjustable, making it easy to place and replace samples during testing, greatly reducing work intensity.
Set test parameters and display test data on the computer display interface. Intuitive and convenient. The temperature and displacement measurement values are transmitted through a serial port to a computer dedicated program for control and adjustment, with accurate control and high precision. Real time monitoring of test temperature and deformation during the test process, with the system automatically stopping heating at the end of the test. The machine can set a target temperature and has temperature protection function.
Using the Windows Chinese (English) operating platform, with different operating interfaces and menu prompts for simple and convenient operation. During the experiment, the deformation amount, temperature, and test time are displayed in real-time, accurately and reliably, with a large amount of information; At the same time, the deformation curve of the sample is depicted point by point, and the deformation process is obvious and intuitive. The test results are recorded in file form on the hard drive as saved data and can be printed out at any time for future reference and comparison.
