⑴. Heating furnace: The main body is the main part of the heating furnace system, from which the organic heat carrier obtains heat energy. The main part consists of the furnace body and the base.
⑵. Hot oil circulation pump: The hot oil circulation pump is the power source for the forced circulation of heat transfer oil in a closed circuit. Each heating furnace is required to be equipped with two pumps, one of which is a backup.
⑶. Expansion tank (high-level tank): The expansion tank is used to compensate for the volume change of heat transfer oil due to temperature changes, thereby stabilizing the pressure of the system heat carrier and helping the system dehydrate and exhaust steam. Therefore, the expansion tank should be set higher than other equipment or pipelines in the system. During normal operation, it should maintain a high liquid level state. When there is a sudden power outage or a malfunction of the hot oil circulation pump and an emergency shutdown is required, the cold oil replacement valve can be opened. At this time, the cold oil in the high-level tank can flow through the furnace tube and enter the oil storage tank to prevent overheating of the heat transfer oil in the furnace tube.
⑷. Oil storage tank (low-level tank): The oil storage tank is mainly used to store the heat transfer oil discharged from the high-level tank, furnace tube, and system. It should be in a low-level state during operation and ready to receive external heat transfer oil at any time. The exhaust port should be connected to a safe area and no valves should be installed.
⑸. Oil injection pump (gear pump): used to supplement or extract heat transfer oil from the system. The direction of the arrow on the pump body is the direction of the main shaft rotation and also the direction of the medium flow.
(6. Oil filter type oil filter): The oil filter is used to filter and remove foreign objects in the heating system.
⑺. Oil vapor separator: The oil vapor separator is used to separate and remove air, water vapor, and other gases from the heating system, ensuring stable operation of the heat transfer oil in a liquid phase without gas or water
