1、 Introduction:

The intelligent rinse controller is designed and developed in conjunction with GB/T24691-2009 "Fruit and Vegetable Cleaning Agents", GB/T16801-2013 "Determination of Antistatic Performance of Fabric Conditioning Agents", and GB/T13174-2008 "Determination of Staining Power and Circular Washing Performance of Laundry Detergent".

2、 Purpose:

The intelligent rinse controller is mainly used for cleaning vegetables with pesticide residues, processing polyester cloth for anti-static performance testing, rinsing dirty cloth for detergent cleaning power testing of clothing, and can also be used in other rinsing industries that require control of speed, forward and reverse rotation, and time.

3、 Principle of Intelligent Rinse Function:

The intelligent rinsing controller is designed based on the size of the rinsing device, which can fix the rinsing device and control the rotation of the inner basket as needed. It adopts touch screen and servo control, which can set the speed arbitrarily and adjust the forward and reverse rotation freely, ensuring the setting and control of the speed, rotation mode, and time for each experiment. It can avoid personnel operation errors caused by different laboratory operations, ensure the stability and reliability of experimental results, and save labor costs.
