The XR-MCWL-600 door and window physical performance testing machine calibration device consists of a display instrument, pressure sensor, gas flow sensor, displacement calibration device, standard simulation window, and sprinkler collection system. It can calibrate the water flow rate, air flow rate, pressure, and displacement of the door and window physical performance testing machine and test the air tightness and water tightness. The calibration device instrument adopts a touch screen display, which can display data in real time and draw real-time time test data curves. It has multi-point and multi-channel calibration functions and timing functions. The standard simulation window device can be connected to pressure sensors and flow sensors for easy detection.

5、 Instrument after-sales service:

1. Technical Services:

1.1 The seller is responsible for the transportation, loading and unloading, installation, and commissioning of the equipment, and the responsibility and expenses shall be borne by Party B;

After the equipment malfunctions, Party B shall respond to customer needs within 2 hours and complete the repair task within 7 days;

After the installation and debugging of the equipment is completed, the manufacturer is responsible for technical training to ensure that the users of Party A can proficiently master the equipment principles, usage methods, and maintenance methods.

2. Quality assurance period:

2.1 The warranty period is 12 months from the date of product acceptance;

2.2 Lifetime maintenance of equipment, free upgrade of equipment control software, and maintenance services provided by Party B outside the warranty period will only be charged for the cost of parts, and all expenses of its staff will be borne by Party B.
