VeriPac 455 vacuum decay leak detectorProduct Introduction

VeriPac 455 vacuum decay leak detectorIt is a high-precision non-destructive testing system for empty/full syringes, small bottles filled with liquid/freeze-dried powder, and other packaging containing liquids (whether soft or hard). Testing the above types of products requires high levels of sensitivity, repeatability, and accuracy. And VeriPac455 can perform detection. VeriPac455 can be tested at any stage of the production process because it is non-destructive to packaging and does not require sample preparation. This technology can be used for stability studies, clinical trial studies, quality confirmation trials, and production data process monitoring (SPC). VeriPac455 is capable of detecting leaks with a leakage rate of 0.05ccm. The test results indicate that it is better and more reliable than staining testing. The core technology of VeriPac455 is the ASTM vacuum decay test method (F2338-09), which is recognized by the FDA as a standard for integrity testing. This testing method is the development and application of VeriPac leak testing instruments. VeriPac455te's dual vacuum sensor technology, which is currently being applied for, can provide higher testing sensitivity, product repeatability, and reliable test results. VeriPac455 has also made remarkable progress in Internet connection and networking. It can carry out remote control, system monitoring and has the ability to integrate manufacturing execution systems (MES).Product advantages:

● Non destructive, non-destructive, no need for sample preparation ● Can detect leaks as small as 0.01ccm (diameter of approximately 1 micron) ● High level sensitivity, repeatability, and accuracy ● Conclusion proves to be better and more reliable than staining methods ● Supports sustainable packaging, in line with the zero waste initiative ● ASTM testing methods and FDA standardsInspection standards:

● Check the sealing integrity of the entire packaging or container ● Check and confirm the integrity of the sealed container ● Test for leaks in dry material packaging (freeze-drying, powder injection, etc.) ● Test for leaks in liquid packaging (water injection, pre filled syringe)

Technology: The Veripac 455 sealing tester is connected to a specially designed testing chamber to accommodate the packaging that needs to be tested. The packaging is placed in the testing chamber to be evacuated, and the dual sensor technology is used not only to monitor the vacuum degree but also to monitor the vacuum changes during the predetermined testing period. The changes in absolute vacuum and vacuum differential pressure suggest the presence of leaks and defects in the current packaging. The sensitivity of a test depends on the sensitivity of the sensor, the form of packaging, the fixture used for packaging testing, and key parameters during testing: time and pressure. The testing system can be set up for manual or automatic operation. This testing method is suitable for offline laboratory operations and data process control in quality assurance/quality inspection departments. The entire process only took a few seconds, the test results were very objective, and the testing was non-destructive to the product and packaging.
