1. The equipment consists of a casing, electrical system, pneumatic system, and measurement and control system.

2. The installation interface of the test piece on the equipment can be equipped with different types of safety valves and pressure switches through transition devices. The installation interface adopts a quick disassembly interface form, which facilitates the disassembly and assembly of transition devices.

3. The equipment is equipped with an air quality purification device inside, which can meet the air quality requirements of the test piece, and a suitable volume of air cylinder is set downstream of the tested component to avoid the impact of severe pressure fluctuations on the testing process.

4. The equipment casing is equipped with a test piece operating platform that meets ergonomic requirements, and the start and stop operations of the equipment are secured with a safety lock using a key switch, ensuring that only personnel can operate it.

5. There is a pressure switch electrical signal interface on the front panel of the equipment, and the interface connector meets the requirements of repeated insertion and extraction testing.

6. There is a pressurization device inside the equipment.

7. Equipped with imported high-sensitivity sensors, accurate and intuitive. Real time monitoring of the testing process can detect both large and small leaks.
