Humidity ChamberIt can be used to assess and determine the adaptability of electrical, electronic products or materials to storage and use under humid and hot environmental conditions where temperature and humidity cycles change and condensation occurs on the product surface. Various high and low temperature humid and hot environmental tests can be conducted.
Humidity ChamberTest method:
1. Determine temperature and humidity parameters, testing duration, and judgment criteria according to industry standards or customer requirements.
2. Clean the sample and calibrate the equipment.
3. Set parameters and start
4. For samples that require intermediate testing, briefly open the box for inspection during the testing process (quick operation is required to avoid environmental impact).
5. Operation monitoring
Record real-time temperature and humidity data and observe whether the equipment alarms (such as out of tolerance or water shortage).
High precision testing requires synchronous monitoring using an external recorder.

structural material |
Outer box material: 1.5mm thick spray coated cold-rolled steel plate, surface treated with acid pickling and phosphating, and electrostatically sprayed. The appearance of the coating is flat and smooth, with uniform color, no exposed bottom, bubbles, peeling, scratch marks, and the outer wall plate does not rust, coating peeling, irreversible deformation, etc. Inner box material: SUS304 stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1.2mm, which can effectively prevent moisture from entering the insulation layer. The inner wall of the workspace, which is continuously welded, does not leak or undergo irreversible deformation after long-term continuous high and low temperature wet heat tests. The inner box has a drip proof design. Thermal insulation material: using environmentally friendly polyurethane foam and ultra-fine glass fiber. It has sufficient heat resistance, frost resistance, moisture resistance, thermal insulation, and flame retardant properties, with an insulation layer thickness of 100mm. The inner wall is continuously welded into an integrated working chamber, which is flat and ensures that there is no leakage after long-term wet heat testing. |

Dynamic temperature control technology |
The temperature control adopts a constant rate "static and dynamic bidirectional compensation" method. We use program control to take the rise/fall rate of the previous time node as a reference value, calculate the current rate that should be presented according to a specific experimental method in real time, and issue instructions for each system to cooperate according to this predetermined rate, in order to achieve radial dynamic temperature change rate tracking compensation. This technology makes precise linear temperature control no longer a challenge, with temperature control accuracy within ± 0.5 ℃, or even higher. |
