1、 Purpose:

Can solve the problem of the specific gravity of the paste exceeding when using a single effect concentrator to collect the paste1.2 The problem of sticking the back tube and the gelatinization of the paste caused by local overheating when using a sandwich pot to collect the paste.

2、 Technical features:

1Using a wall mounted rotating scraper, the heat transfer area of the concentration tank is updated in a timely manner to ensure that the material does not adhere to the heat transfer surface for a long time, maintaining a high heat transfer coefficient and high evaporation intensity of the equipment.

2The rotating scraper continuously stirs and flips the materials inside the concentration tank, ensuring even heating and avoiding prolonged burning and carbonization of the materials, thus ensuring the quality of the drugs.

3The scraper type vacuum concentration tank has a reasonable structure, a large evaporation and separation space, reduces the phenomenon of gas-liquid entrainment, has a high yield of finished products, and completes the entire evaporation process at low temperatures. The color of the paste is good and the quality is good.

4When discharging, rotating the scraper can completely clean the paste attached to the tank wall, reduce consumption, and ensure the output rate.
