1、 Introduction to Vacuum Filters

The vacuum filter is a derivative product developed by our company based on the actual needs of various biopharmaceutical development companies, which is an improvement on the existing single-layer glass reaction kettle. It is mainly used for liquid-liquid extraction and can also be used for room temperature reactions. After practical use, the performance has been evaluated by experts and professors from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as users of new drug development.

2、 Application and Characteristics

The VF series vacuum filter adopts vacuum suction filtration, which can perform liquid-liquid extraction or liquid-solid filtration to detect and remove particles and bacteria in liquids. Widely used in research fields such as chemical analysis, hygiene testing, pharmaceutical industry, agricultural machinery, automobiles, engineering machinery, etc.

The vacuum filter uses a stainless steel uniform sieve as the filter membrane, which is suitable for collecting filtered liquid, such as sample particle removal, and is also suitable for collecting and counting particulate matter. When filtering viscous liquids (such as collecting particles from oil samples), it is also recommended to use this type of filter for easier cleaning. Filter paper and filter bag can also be selected for use.
