The vacuum drying oven adopts a streamlined arc design, and the outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate with surface electrostatic spraying.
The temperature control system of this machine is designed with a microcomputer microcontroller and has functions such as temperature control, timing, and over temperature alarm.
Adopting dual screen high brightness digital tube display, the displayed values are accurate and intuitive, and touch sensitive buttons are used to set and adjust parameters.
The vacuum drying oven has timing and timer functions.
The inner chamber of the vacuum drying oven is made of stainless steel material, and the semi-circular four corner design is more convenient for cleaning.
The tightness of the chassis door can be adjusted by the user at will, and the silicone rubber door seal formed as a whole ensures high vacuum inside the box.
The working chamber of the vacuum drying oven is a rectangular structure, and the door is made of tempered glass and double-layer glass, making it easy for users to observe the cultivation items in the working chamber at a glance.

Daily maintenance of vacuum pump in vacuum drying oven
1. Regularly check the oil level position, and adjust it to meet the requirements if it does not comply with the regulations. When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level should be at the center of the oil gauge.
2. Regularly check the oil quality and replace it with new oil if it deteriorates, to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump.
3. The oil change period shall be considered based on actual usage conditions and whether it can meet performance requirements, and shall be determined by the user at their discretion. It is recommended to change the oil of a new vacuum pump after about 100 hours of operation when removing clean and dry gases. After the black metal powder is no longer visible in the oil, the oil change period can be extended appropriately in the future.
4. In general, the vacuum pump should be inspected after 2000 hours of operation, including checking the aging degree of the rubber seal, checking whether the exhaust valve plate is cracked, and cleaning the sediment on the valve plate
Dirt on the exhaust valve seat. Clean all parts inside the vacuum pump chamber, such as rotors, rotors, springs, etc. Usually cleaned with gasoline and dried. After cleaning the rubber parts, dry them with a dry cloth. When cleaning and assembling, handle with care to avoid injury.
5. Conditional cleaning should also be carried out in the pipeline to ensure smooth flow.
6. After reassembly, a trial run should be conducted, generally requiring 2 hours of idle operation and a second oil change. This is because there may be a certain amount of volatile substances left in the vacuum pump during cleaning. After normal operation, it can be put back into normal work.
7. Check for any looseness in the vacuum pump piping and joints. Rotate the vacuum pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
8. Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, and observe that the oil level is at the centerline of the oil gauge. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in a timely manner.
9. Unscrew the water inlet plug of the vacuum pump body and inject water (or slurry).
10. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge, and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline.
11. Tap the motor and try to see if the motor direction is correct.
12. Start the motor, and when the vacuum pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After the appropriate pressure is displayed, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
13. Try to control the flow rate and head of the vacuum pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the vacuum pump operates at a high efficiency point, in order to achieve significant energy-saving effects.
14. During the operation of the vacuum pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed 35C of the ambient temperature, and the temperature should not exceed 80C.
15. If any abnormal sound is found in the vacuum pump, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause.
16. When the vacuum pump needs to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
17. The lubricating oil of the vacuum pump should be replaced after 100 hours of operation within one month, and then every 500 hours thereafter.
18. Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure normal dripping inside the packing chamber (preferably in droplets).
19. Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace it promptly if there is significant wear.
20. When using a vacuum pump in the cold winter season, after parking, it is necessary to unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body to drain the medium completely. Prevent frost cracking.
21. If the vacuum pump is not in use for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble the pump completely, dry off the water, apply grease to the rotating parts and joints, and store them properly
