ZKY-2000 modelVacuum degree testerIt is a device for evaluating the vacuum degree of a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. It is mainly controlled by a single-chip computer, and the testing process is automated. This instrument has fundamentally changed the method of calibrating similar products both domestically and internationally using peak current, and instead uses ion charge for calibration. In this way, there is better accuracy in physical principles, and the interference of pulse power supply during the testing process is effectively suppressed, making the testing stable and reliable. The instrument adopts a two-stage sampling method to deduct the leakage current caused by environmental factors, and considers the discrimination of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber with leakage during the measurement process, truly achieving accurate measurement of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber installed on the whole machine. At present, there are 26 measurement standard curves for vacuum arc extinguishing chambers in the instrument, covering the vast majority of tube types at home and abroad.

Scope of application
This instrument is used for the following testing purposes:
Used to detect the vacuum degree of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber installed on the switch machine. This type of testing is mainly used for routine maintenance and capacity testing of the power supply department to determine the bearing capacity of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. This type of testing instrument is equipped with a detachable coil.
Operation instructions
Connect the magnetron current output terminal to the magnetron coil through the magnetron current output line (included with this instrument), and then connect it according to the specific situation as follows:
If the arc extinguishing chamber is already installed in the entire machine, a detachable coil should be used for measurement.
Place the circuit breaker in the open state, place the coil outside the arc extinguishing chamber, and connect the high voltage line and signal input line to the dynamic and static ends of the arc extinguishing chamber, respectively. As shown in the diagram.

★ About buttons
If the small indicator light on all the buttons on the panel is on, it indicates that the button is valid; otherwise, it is invalid. If the key is valid and pressed again, the indicator light will turn off and the key will be in an invalid state.
★ Power on
After checking the wiring is correct, the machine can be turned on.
Press the power button on the instrument panel to the 'on' position, and the 'P' character will appear on the digital display screen, indicating that the instrument is running normally. After preheating for 5 minutes, measurement can be performed.
★ Tube type selection
When measuring, first choose the tube type.
Multiple tube type parameters have been stored in the instrument, please refer to the appendix for specific parameters.
Tube type selection operation method:
Activate the [Select] key, use the [Ten] key, and [One] key to adjust the tube parameters. When the first two digits of the display match the desired tube code *, it is sufficient.
If the instruction manual does not provide the tube type to be measured, similar sizes and wiring methods can be usedReplace the tube type.
If there are no alternative parameters, the can be activated to directly provide the ionization current. Generally speaking, the ionization current (A) is about two orders of magnitude smaller than the vacuum degree (Pa).
Note: If the pipe parameters inside the machine cannot meet the user's requirements, we will calibrate the curve according to the user's requirements. When necessary, coils can be designed according to user requirements.
★ Measurement
When all keys are in an invalid state or only the is valid, press the . The instrument will automatically complete the entire process of measurement, calculation, display, etc. If the [Print] button is pressed at this time, the measurement results will be printed.
The measurement steps executed by the computer inside the instrument are as follows:
Start high voltage → measure leakage current → turn off high voltage → turn on charging switch → voltage reaches the specified value → start magnetic control current, measure leakage current minus ionization current → deduct leakage current → current changes to vacuum value → display. If the is valid, the current value will be displayed.
★ Printing
Press the [Print] key to print the current measurement result.
★ Reset
Press the reset button to return the instrument to its initial state.
★ Instrument inspection
Press the [Select], [Verify], and [Measure] keys in order to make them valid. Use the [+] [-] keys to adjust and check the parameters (displayed at the tube type)
▲ Parameter 1-3 calibration amplifier inspection:
When adjusted to 1 and 2, the displayed values are between 0.000 and 9.000 * 10-6A.
When adjusted to 3, the displayed values are between 0.000 and 9.000 * 10-5A.
▲ Parameter 4 Charging Control Check:
At 4 o'clock, the charging circuit is connected and the capacitor voltage is finally controlled at 350V.
▲ Parameter 5, Display Inspection:
At this point, the monitor lights up one by one, six digits *.
▲ Parameter 6, Start High Voltage:
At this point, the high voltage indicator light is on, indicating the generation of high voltage. When conducting this inspection, pay attention to the position of the high voltage line to avoid danger.
▲ Parameter 7, Internal Data Storage Check:
The computer inside the instrument conducts a strict check on the internal data storage, and the display shows the address of the unit being checked. If there is an error, the computer stops the check, and the value on the display is the error address. The unit number ranges from 8000H to 9FFFH. When it approaches 9FFFH, press the [+] or [-] key to end the check. Otherwise, repeat the check.
Special attention
The vacuum measurement range of this instrument is between 1 * 10-5 and 1 * 10-1pa (i.e. the vacuum tube is under negative pressure). If the pressure inside the vacuum tube is equal to atmospheric pressure (i.e. the vacuum tube is damaged), it is not within the measurement range of this instrument, and the instrument refuses to detect and returns to its initial state. When the vacuum degree of the vacuum tube is greater than 10-2Pa or the ion current is greater than 500UA, it is recommended to scrap the vacuum tube.
