1. Description

6. Calibration operation instructions

6.1 Calibration Preparation

6.1.1 Remove the window protection buckle corresponding to 0.5T, 5T, and 10T adjustment;

6.1.2 Prepare a small flathead screwdriver.

6.2 Calibration Operation

6.2.1 Adjust the external air pressure to 0.5T, wait for 1 minute for the air pressure to stabilize, and then use a small screwdriver to rotate the 0.5T potentiometer clockwise half a turn and then back half a turn;

6.2.2 Adjust the external air pressure to 5T, wait for 1 minute for the air pressure to stabilize, and then use a small screwdriver to turn the 5T button;

6.2.3 Adjust the external air pressure to 10T, wait for 1 minute for the air pressure to stabilize, and then use a small screwdriver to rotate the 10T potentiometer clockwise for half a turn and then back for half a turn;

6.2.4 Calibration is completed after completing the above three steps.

6.3 Precautions for Calibration Operation

6.3.1 During the calibration process, it is necessary to wait for 1 minute for the external air pressure to fully stabilize before rotating the 0.5T and 10T potentiometers or turning the 5T button. After the 10T calibration is completed, the transmitter automatically saves the recorded data.

6.3.2 If it is necessary to recalibrate the 0.5T or 5T pressure points, the 10T pressure also needs to be recalibrated (the 10T potentiometer also serves as a storage function).


7. Precautions and installation requirements

7.1 Precautions

7.1.1 The selected power supply should be compatible withVacuum capacitance pressure gaugeThe input power supply is consistent;

7.1.2 The shielding layer of the shielded cable should be connected to the common terminal power supply of the power supply;

7.1.3 The wiring of this series of vacuum capacitance pressure gauges should be connected according to the wiring diagram, and only after confirming that there are no errors can they be powered on!

7.1.4 It is prohibited to plug or unplug the plug when powered on;

7.1.5 After using the product, the power plug should be unplugged.

7.2 Installation Requirements

7.2.1 The vacuum capacitance pressure gauge should be installed vertically upwards;

During the disassembly and assembly process of the vacuum capacitance pressure gauge, care should be taken to handle it with care and avoid collision to avoid instrument errors. Otherwise, recalibration is required before use;

7.2.3 The vacuum capacitance pressure gauge cannot be installed in a vibrating position. If it must be installed in a vibrating position, please connect it with a vacuum hose to provide shock absorption.


8. Maintenance and troubleshooting

8.1 Daily Maintenance

If the instrument becomes dirty, please wipe it with a soft cloth and do not use gasoline, paint thinner, or other cleaning agents to clean the instrument.
