Acid-base concentration meterIt consists of a light source, sapphire refractor, receiver, and signal modulation circuit. The light source emits a stable light signal that passes through sapphire and comes into contact with the measured medium. The corresponding refractive index is generated by the concentration of the measured medium. The receiver calculates the refractive index of the collected refractive light source and obtains the corresponding concentration through data algorithms. Since the concentration is affected by temperature, internal temperature calibration is used to reduce the influence of temperature drift.

When measuring substances harmful to the human body, please take protective measures;
If the instrument starts to overheat, smoke or emit abnormal odors, please immediately turn off the power;
Do not disassemble or modify this instrument;
Do not apply water or samples to parts of the instrument other than the prism surface;
Do not measure corrosive media;
When not in use for a long time, the power should be turned off;

Please use this instrument indoors;
The ambient temperature for use is between 10 ℃ and 60 ℃
Do not suddenly change the ambient temperature of the instrument
Do not place the instrument in a damp place
Do not place the instrument in areas with large amounts of dust and strong vibrations when using it;
Do not install the instrument in direct sunlight or near a heating source
Do not place heavy objects on the instrument;
During installation, please pay special attention to avoiding strong impact on the instrument
Do not install in environments with high dust or exposure to corrosive gases
Maintenance and troubleshooting of online concentration sensors
1. Daily maintenance
2. Regular/scheduled maintenance (can be operated through a cleaning device)
3. General troubleshooting
If the instrument becomes dirty, please wipe it with a soft cloth and do not use gasoline, paint thinner, or other cleaning agents to clean the instrument.
Wipe the prism of the online refractometer probe clean, add 0.3mL distilled water for testing, and if the value is not equal to 4mA, reset it by pressing the button.
Online refractometers used for measuring high temperature, corrosive media, or operating under vibration conditions should be calibrated every six months.
After running the online refractometer for 5 years, an insulation resistance test should be conducted, and the insulation resistance should be above 500M.
When there is no signal output from the online refractometer, the first thing to check is whether the cable is broken or short circuited. If so, replace the cable;
When the online refractometer measurement is abnormal, first measure whether there is a power supply input. If the power supply is normal, please check whether the measurement window of the sensor is open
The contamination is covered while ensuring good contact between the measurement window and the measured solution; If it is not normal, it is a sensor malfunction. Please return to the factory for repair
