The mining intrinsic safety explosion-proof online concentration meter for slurry concentration monitoring consists of a light source, sapphire refractor, receiver, and signal modulation circuit. The light source emits a stable light signal that passes through sapphire and contacts the measured medium, generating a corresponding refractive index through the concentration of the measured medium. The receiver calculates the refractive index of the collected refractive light source and obtains the corresponding concentration through data algorithms. Since the concentration is affected by temperature, internal temperature calibration is used to reduce the influence of temperature drift.
