VSA100A vacuum switch
The INFICON vacuum switch VSA100A is widely used as a switch in vacuum systems. For example, when using a purge gas with a pressure 6 mbar lower than atmospheric pressure to exhaust a vacuum system, the pressure switch can automatically interrupt the gas supply. When the differential pressure is 6 mbar and the return switching pressure is 3 mbar lower than atmospheric pressure, the elastic diaphragm will activate the switching contact, which can be used to directly switch any auxiliary equipment.
