IRG080 ionization vacuum gauge
The ion reference vacuum gauge IRG080 is developed specifically for precise measurement of total pressure in vacuum systemsA vacuum sensor. IRG080 is based on the innovative concept of ionization vacuum gauge (hot cathode emits electrons in a straight path into Faraday cup), suitable for 10-8Mbar to 10-4Reference standards within the range of mbar.
The accuracy of IRG080 (as low as 1%), predictable gas sensitivity (with minimal differences)Very goodofShort term repeatability and reproducibility. This instrument is an ideal solution for measurement and calibration. The IRG080 is connected and controlled by the IRC081 display and operation unit.
advantage
1. Developed specifically for applications that require high measurement accuracy in high and ultra-high vacuum ranges
2. The electrode system configuration complies with ISO TS 6737 standard
3. The relative gas sensitivity is predictable, with low uncertainty, and can measure the true pressure of all gas types
4. Stable electron emission, not affected by ESD or X-ray effects
5. Repeatable and easy to transport
6. The baking temperature can reach 165 ° C (with heat-resistant cable), and the baking temperature can reach 400 ° C without connector unit
7. Mu metal middleware for magnetic shielding can be provided

Measuring principle
Electrons leave the cathode (left side), are accelerated to 200 eV by the anode, and then focused by the ion collector. The length of the electronic path has good characteristics, so the sensitivity of the instrument can be predicted. The ions generated by electrons in the anode grid are accelerated to the collector and measured in the form of current. The ions generated outside the anode grid will be captured by the deflector.
