Overview of VOCs online analyzer

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) refer to all organic compounds with a boiling point between 50 ℃ and 260 ℃, a vapor pressure greater than 13.332 Pa at normal temperature and pressure, and a molecular weight range of approximately 16 amu to 250 amu. Their main components are hydrocarbons, such as oxygen-containing hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, low boiling polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and other types, and they are one of the main pollutants in ambient air. The total amount of VOCs emissions and the difficulty of prevention and control are high, which can easily cause photochemical pollution and atmospheric haze, seriously endangering human health. Only by monitoring toxic and harmful volatile organic compounds in real time can we timely predict the existing dangers to people or effectively warn of emergencies.

Overview of Continuous Emission Monitoring System for Volatile Organic Compounds

Wubo New Instrument has accumulated years of experience in the development and application of environmental monitoring systems, and has successfully launched the CC-VOC-2000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System for Volatile Organic Compounds. The monitoring system adopts gas chromatography analysis method, combined with effective pretreatment equipment, and has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy and short analysis cycle.

The system integrates automatic sampling, gas preprocessing, gas detection, data acquisition and processing, and data transmission, and can achieve unmanned long-term continuous automatic operation. It can accurately measure the content of volatile organic compounds in various types of exhaust gases, and has the ability to transmit real-time data for remote monitoring and analysis, providing effective basis for users' unified management, real-time observation, and timely response.

Application scope of continuous emission monitoring system for volatile organic compounds

The continuous emission monitoring system for volatile organic compounds is applied in many industries such as refining and petrochemicals, pharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial coating, semiconductor integrated circuits, furniture manufacturing, and printing.

Principle of Continuous Emission Monitoring System for Volatile Organic Compounds

The system extracts the tested gas from the sampling point, removes dust through a probe, and enters the preprocessing system through a high-temperature heat tracing tube. After the gas preprocessing is completed, it enters the online gas chromatograph, where the sample gas is accurately and quantitatively collected. Then, through valve switching, the sample gas is carried into the chromatographic column by the carrier gas for component separation. The separated components are sequentially detected by a high-sensitivity hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID), and finally the data collection, processing, and transmission are automatically completed through software to achieve automatic monitoring of the sample gas.

Sampling probe (heating) → High temperature tracing pipeline → Gas pretreatment → Online gas chromatograph (calibration gas) → Data acquisition, processing and transmission
