The online fluorescence dissolved oxygen analyzer is based on the principle of fluorescence quenching. Blue light shining on a fluorescent substance excites it and emits red light. Due to the quenching effect, oxygen molecules can carry away energy, so the time and intensity of the excited red light are inversely proportional to the concentration of oxygen molecules. By measuring the phase difference between the excitation red light and the reference light, and comparing it with the internal calibration value, the concentration of oxygen molecules can be calculated. This method is used to measure dissolved oxygen without oxygen consumption, with stable data, reliable performance, and no interference; Installation and calibration are simple. The controller is used to display the data measured by the sensor, and users can display temperature values, dissolved oxygen values, and perform on-site calibration through the interface of the controller.

The fluorescence method dissolved oxygen measuring instrument uses an innovative fluorescence method to replace traditional membrane electrodes, without the need to replace membranes and electrolytes, reducing maintenance workload and improving work reliability. It is particularly suitable for harsh working conditions in the field of sewage treatment. In addition, fluorescence sensors do not consume oxygen, so there are no requirements for flow rate and agitation, and they are not affected by substances such as sulfides. For over 50 years, the current method and polarography have been used to measure dissolved oxygen. However, the use of membranes, electrodes, and electrolytes in traditional electrochemical methods can lead to many problems, and even with regular maintenance, accurate measurement results cannot be obtained.
