Up and down rotary mixer: a mixer that can achieve reciprocating motion up and down by rotating the mixing blades. Compared with single rotary stirring, its stirring efficiency has been greatly improved. It can prevent the low stirring efficiency caused by circular flow during rotary stirring, and easily generate axial flow, thereby achieving uniform stirring in the tank in a short period of time. When conducting high viscosity stirring, there will be no circular non mixing area that is usually difficult to notice. In addition, if a deep bottom tank is used for stirring, multi-stage blade stirring can effectively prevent layer separation.
