MDR Jplus+is a reliable, accurate, and easy-to-use rotorless vulcanizing instrument that is highly suitable for routine and standard drive testing of rubber vulcanization.

The lower mode oscillates at a frequency of 1.67 Hz with an amplitude of 0.5 degrees, while the upper mode remains fixed and accurately measures the reaction force torque.

The inner cavity capacity of the rotorless double cone mold component is only 2.8cm ³, suitable for fast and accurate temperature control to provide precise and reproducible data in a wide range of testing environments.

The dynamic calibration method is performed at the same oscillation frequency and amplitude as the sample measurement.
