Phase 1: Preprocessing and Installation
1. Appearance and functional inspection: Record the appearance status of the drone before testing and conduct basic functional tests (such as power on self-test).
2. Installation: Use a dedicated fixture to securely install the drone (or tested unit) on the vibration table surface. The installation posture should simulate the main force direction in actual flight (usually the vertical direction).
3. Sensor layout: According to the predetermined plan, attach the response accelerometer to the key measurement points.
Phase 2: Resonance Search (Sinusoidal Sweep Test)
Purpose: To identify the natural frequencies of the entire machine and key components.
Method: Perform logarithmic or linear sweep with lower acceleration (e.g. 0.5g-1g) within the frequency range of interest (e.g. 5-2000 Hz).
Record: Record the acceleration data of each response point, draw the transmission rate curve, identify obvious resonance peaks and their corresponding frequencies.

Phase 3: Durability Test (Random Vibration Test)
Purpose: To simulate the broadband random vibration environment in real flight, assess the fatigue life of structures and the continuous working ability of equipment.
Test axis: It is usually necessary to conduct tests on three mutually perpendicular axes (vertical, horizontal, and vertical) separately.
Test spectrum: Develop a power spectral density (PSD) curve based on measured flight data or reference standards (such as the fixed wing/rotary wing aircraft spectrum in MIL-STD-810G).
