Overview

Prefabricated water tank BDF water tank is a combination of traditional methods in the past, with an underground integrated water tank and an underground invisible reservoir unlocking a new future of water storage through stretching, molding, and hydraulic forming of sheet metal. The inner liner is made of 304-2B stainless steel with a thickness of 0.4mm, and the outer layer is made of galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 3.0mm. The buried integrated water tank plate is composite through a mold, and the two materials can be tightly adhered together without the need for a bonding layer.

Underground integrated water tank, underground invisible reservoir, unlocking a new future of water storage

In the cityIn today's accelerating urbanization process, land resources are becoming increasingly precious, and the limitations of traditional surface water storage facilities are becoming increasingly prominent. The design concept and technological advantages of buried water tanks are becoming a new favorite in fields such as agricultural irrigation, municipal water supply, and industrial water use. It not only solves the problem of space occupation, but also redefines modern water storage methods with its environmentally friendly, efficient, and safe characteristics.

1Environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing: Design that coexists with nature

Another highlight of buried water tanks is their "zero presence" design. The top of the water tank can be covered with soil, vegetation, or hard pavement to blend with the surrounding scenery. For example, in parks or residential areas, lawns, gardens, and even small leisure squares can be built above buried water tanks, which not only avoids the abruptness of traditional water tanks but also improves space utilization. At the same time, underground enclosed structures reduce the risk of algae growth and water pollution, without the need for additional shading or insulation measures, further reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.

twoSpace saving: Ask for 'capacity' underground

Traditional water tanks or towers often occupy a large amount of ground area and are limited in height, making it difficult to meet large-scale water storage needs. The buried water tank cleverly extends the storage space underground and expands its capacity vertically. Whether it's community fire water, factory recycled water, or farmland irrigation reserves, simply building an 'invisible reservoir' underground can restore the ground to green spaces, parking lots, or other functional areas. According to calculations, under the same capacity, the footprint of buried water tanks is only one-third of that of traditional water tanks, especially suitable for urban environments.

IIIWater quality assurance: sealed environment brings long-term safety

Groundwater buried water tanks are usually made of food grade PE material or concrete structure, with smooth and corrosion-resistant inner walls, effectively avoiding the problem of corrosion of metal water tanks. The fully enclosed design isolates direct sunlight and dust and pollutants in the air, reducing the possibility of microbial growth. In addition, the water tank can be equipped with an intelligent monitoring system to monitor the water level, water quality, and equipment operation status in real time, ensuring safe and reliable water use. For industries with strict water quality requirements, such as food processing and pharmaceuticals, buried water tanks are undoubtedly an ideal choice.

4Longer lifespan: an underground fortress that can withstand extreme environments

The underground environment is relatively stable with small temperature fluctuations, avoiding the material aging problem caused by traditional water tanks due to sun and rain exposure. The service life of buried water tanks can usually reach 20-30 years, far exceeding the 10-15 years of ground water tanks. At the same time, its compressive design can withstand vehicle crushing or soil cover pressure, and performs more stably in natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons, ensuring the reliability of emergency water supply.

5Installation and maintenance: flexible and convenient, with lower costs

The buried water tank adopts a modular design, which can be customized in size and capacity according to needs, with a short construction period and minimal impact on the surrounding environment. There is no need to build complex supports during installation, just excavate the foundation pit and carry out waterproofing treatment. In terms of maintenance, the internal inspection port of the water tank is designed with humanization, which can be accessed through a dedicated channel without emptying the water tank, greatly reducing maintenance difficulty and cost.

The innovation of buried water tanks from ground to underground is not only a technological breakthrough, but also a manifestation of efficient resource utilization. It solves the water storage problem in modern society with lower cost, higher efficiency, and more environmentally friendly methods. Whether it is cost reduction and efficiency improvement for enterprises or sustainable urban development, buried water tanks provide a sustainable solution for the future.
