For the underground installation of pump units in the BDF anti floating fire integrated pumping station, industrial dehumidification equipment should be installed in the pump room, and the dehumidification equipment model should meet the dehumidification effect inside the pump room. At the same time, the condensed water on the wall inside the pump room can flow into the collection pit through the guide groove set at the bottom of the wall. The internal pipeline of the water pump unit is composed of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, and the inlet of the water pump suction pipe should be located in the suction tank inside the water tank or use a swirl preventer. The system pump group should be equipped with manual inspection, automatic low-frequency inspection, flow detection pipelines, and water testing pipelines, in addition to being controlled by a control cabinet for start and stop, to form an intelligent buried box pump integration. Mechanical ventilation facilities should be installed in the pump room, and the ventilation frequency should not be lower than the requirements of relevant specifications. The ventilation openings at the top of the pump room should be equipped with insect proof nets and rain proof louvers
The traditional integrated pump station with box and pump is to place the water tank under the ground, which occupies a large area, is difficult to construct, and the installation quality is difficult to guarantee. The new prefabricated buried box pump integrated fire pump station includes a water tank and a pump room. The water tank is fixed on the foundation at the bottom of the pit. The pump room is a working pump room, which is located inside the water tank. The pump room consists of water pumps, valves, and pipelines installed inside, forming a whole. Due to the fact that the pump room is located inside the water tank, it avoids the waste of the pump room building caused by the traditional isolation between the pump room and the water tank, making it suitable for secondary relocation and reducing construction costs. At the same time, the pump room is composed of water pumps, valves, and pipelines installed internally, forming a whole. In this way, pre installed testing equipment can be installed inside the pump room to complete the testing of the box pump integrated pump station at the factory, ensuring that all testing data can be obtained in a timely manner.
When the underground fire pump station uses the same water pool for fire water and production/domestic water, technical measures should be taken to ensure that the fire water is not used for other purposes. In order to ensure the reliability of fire water supply, when the calculated volume of the fire water pool is less than 36m3, 36m3 should still be used; in order to ensure that the total volume of the cleaning and maintenance fire water pool exceeds 000m ^ 3 (the total volume of the high-rise building fire water pool exceeds 50Om ^ 3), two independent fire water pools should be set up for replenishment time, which should not exceed 48 hours, and can be extended to 96 hours in water deficient areas. When the reserve capacity of the fire water pool includes outdoor fire water consumption, its pool should meet relevant requirements. The design of the fire water pool should ensure that the water in the pool flows regularly to prevent decay and deterioration. Fire water tanks in cold regions should have anti freezing facilities. In the storage tank area, there should be facilities to ensure that flammable and combustible liquids do not flow into the fire water tank.
