Ultrasonic DNA disruptorBreak, homogenize, and mix the sample in an isothermal, non-contact manner. Used for sterile, ultra micro disruption of chromosomes through centrifuge tubes. Specially tailored for pre-processing of second-generation sequencing DNA samples and chromatin immunoprecipitation experimental samples.

Non contact samples can be crushed in a closed container without producing infectious flying mist. The ultrasonic probe does not come into contact with the sample to avoid cross contamination. For laboratories that handle multiple samples or valuable samples every day, non-contact ultrasonic DNA disruptors have advantages such as high-throughput processing, low sample loss, and no cross contamination. Gradually becoming a standardized tool for ChIP (chromatin immunoprecipitation) and DNA splicing research platforms.

Basic principle:

By using piezoelectric converters, electrical signals are converted into high-frequency acoustic signals, generating millions of molecular "holes". The instantaneous fluid shear force generated by the enlargement and rupture of "holes" within a few seconds is utilized to break, homogenize, and mix the sample in an isothermal, non-contact manner.

Performance characteristics:

The instrument is equipped with a rotating motor, which automatically rotates the centrifuge tube adapter continuously during ultrasound, making the ultrasound energy distribution more uniform.

Easy to operate, fast in time, usually the shortest time for an experiment is only 5 minutes.

The microprocessor controller is equipped with password protection function, which allows for free editing of programs and automatic memory of set programs.

Adopting a 7-inch medical grade resistive touch screen for touch operation, the screen displays real-time working parameters such as time, temperature, power, continuous mode, and gap mode display. The operation is simple and convenient, with a countdown display of the running status.

The instrument has overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature alarm functions. When the temperature exceeds the set temperature, it automatically stops ultrasound and alarms to ensure the integrity of the sample.
