The ultra sensitive multi factor electrochemiluminescence analyzer is a high-throughput analyzer based on the principle of electrochemiluminescence, which has the ability to measure multiple indicators in one well. It can achieve multifunctional detection of cytokines, biomarkers, phosphorylated proteins, hormones, antibody subtypes, drug toxicology, immunogenicity, and more.
Features:
1. High sensitivity: Based on the principle of electrochemiluminescence, the sensitivity is improved by 100 compared to conventional immunoassay techniques. The conventional sensitivity can reach 0.05pg/ml, and the ultimate sensitivity can reach fg/ml.
2. Wide linear range: A wide linear range of up to 6log, focusing on analytes ranging from picograms to nanograms in a single detection.
3. Low sample size: 1-25ul of sample is sufficient for multi index testing.

Basic operation method:
Firstly, encapsulate the antibodies/antigens/cells/nucleic acids onto a microporous graphite electrode plate; Then add the sample to be tested (such as blood, body fluids, etc.) to the electrode plate; The antigen/antibody/peptide/nucleic acid in the test substance binds with the pre coated substance in the plate to form a reaction complex. Add the detection antibody labeled with Tripyrimidine Ruthenium, put it into the instrument, and excite the bottom electrode of the plate to make Tripyrimidine Ruthenium emit electron luminescence from the donor. The luminescence intensity is correlated with the amount of the substance to be tested in the sample, from which qualitative or quantitative detection results can be obtained.
