Process flow of ultrapure water analyzer
Common impurities in natural water include soluble inorganic matter, organic matter, particulate matter, microorganisms, soluble gases, etc. The ultrafiltration type ultrapure water analyzer aims to remove these impurities as much as possible. The water quality reaches 18.2M Ω· cm
The commonly used methods for purifying water quality include distillation, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, filtration, adsorption, UV oxidation, etc.
Functions of ultrafiltration ultrapure water analyzer system
1. One machine dual-use, capable of producing both RO pure water and UP ultra pure water simultaneously;
2. UP ultra pure water resistivity and RO pure water conductivity online monitoring/water temperature online monitoring;
3. Internal circulation of the system effectively inhibits bacterial growth;
4. Flow monitoring filter replacement cycle, displaying filter replacement information in Chinese;
5. MCU fully automatic control, with human-machine dialogue function:
① Automatic flushing setting for RO reverse osmosis column/UF ultrafiltration column/UP ultra purification column (interval time of 1-9 hours);
② RO pure water discharge exceeding the standard setting (5-99 μ S/cm, if it exceeds the set value, RO pure water will be discharged and will not enter the pure water tank);
③ UP ultra pure water system internal circulation setting (30-180 seconds, which can maintain the produced UP ultra pure water at the best water quality);
④ Quantitative water intake setting (1-99 liters);
⑤ Fixed quality water intake setting (0-18M Ω. cm);
⑥ Clock setting (year/month/day/hour/minute/second);
⑦ Language setting (Chinese/English);
6. With historical database query function:
① Time/amount of water taken each time (year/month/day/hour/minute/liter);
② Previous water intake quality (RO conductivity/UP resistivity);
③ Accumulated total water production (liters);
④ Records of all consumables alarm replacements;
7. System self-control protection function:
① Automatic shutdown protection for water shortage/low water pressure system (displaying "system water shortage protection in progress");
② When the water tank is full, the system automatically shuts down for protection (graphical display of water level and water level percentage).
Purification steps of ultrapure water analyzer
1. Pre treatment: Since the pre treated water will undergo further purification through reverse osmosis, it is important to remove impurities that may affect the reverse osmosis membrane as much as possible; Mainly including large particulate matter, residual chlorine, and calcium and magnesium ions.
2. Reverse osmosis is the use of a high-pressure pump to provide a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure difference to a high concentration solution. Water molecules are forced to pass through a semi permeable membrane to the low concentration side. Reverse osmosis can filter out 90% -99% of the vast majority of pollutants, including inorganic ions, due to its outstanding purification efficiency. Reverse osmosis is a very effective technology in water purification systems because it can remove most of the pollutants. Therefore, it is often used as a pre-treatment method, which can significantly extend the service life of the deionization exchange column.
3. Ion exchange refers to the exchange of positive ions in water with H+ions in ion exchange resin, and negative ions in water with OH - ions on ion exchange resin, in order to purify water.
4. Terminal processing mainly produces ultrapure water based on customers' special requirements, including ultra-low temperature, sterile, and heat free types. There are various treatment methods for different requirements, such as ultrafiltration for removing heat sources, dual wavelength ultraviolet oxidation for reducing total organic carbon (TOC) in water, and microfiltration for removing bacteria.
