The basic principle of the r n system is to remove sand, rust, residual chlorine, organic matter, and other substances larger than 1 micron in the water pre filter, reverse osmosis unit, and storage, ions. After softening, it provides the basic water source for the reverse osmosis unit. Thus, reverse osmosis technology is used to produce reverse osmosis water with a conductivity of less than 50US/CM, which is stored in a pressure water tank and can be accessed through external water supply. The ion exchange unit is designed to increase the RO water to a value greater than 10.0 МΩ/CM. The detection and control part is the core of the system, which can perform online detection, display, and alarm of the produced water, while achieving low and high pressure protection

Primary water is used for the analysis of trace physical and chemical components and organic matter content, such asTOCTheCODMnAnd there are strict requirements for analytical experiments, including experiments with particle requirements, such as using water for high-performance liquid chromatography. Primary water can be obtained by distilling secondary water through quartz equipment or treating it with an ion exchange mixed bed, and then filtering it through a 0.2 micron microporous membrane.

Secondary water is used for inorganic trace analysis, sample/reagent preparation, and dilution experiments, such as water for atomic absorption spectroscopy. Secondary water can be prepared by multiple distillations or ion exchange methods.

Grade III water is used for general chemical analysis experiments, titration experiments, and undergraduate teaching experiments. Third grade water can be prepared by distillation or ion exchange methods.

Fourth grade water is used for cooling glassware and electronic devices during cleaning. Fourth grade water can be prepared by distillation or ion exchange methods.
