Evaporator pot:
The evaporator pot is made of high-quality stainless steel sheet through rolling, stretching, and argon arc welding processes, and both the inside and outside are polished and polished. The water level in the pot can automatically overflow when it exceeds the limit position, and the pot body and lid have airtight devices. Equipped with a cap, it can effectively prevent steam from carrying water droplets and affecting the quality of distilled water. The scale inside the pot can be washed with acid or alkali solution for easy removal. There is a drain valve on the right side of the pot, which can be used to drain and store water at any time.
Condenser:
The condenser is made of high-quality stainless steel sheets and tubular stainless steel tubes, with a reasonable structure, high heat exchange rate, and easy disassembly and cleaning. The cooling water for the condenser can be tap water or circulating cooling water.
Usage:
1. Close the drain valve first.
2. Open the water source valve to allow tap water to enter the condenser (3) through the inlet control valve, and then flow into the funnel through the return pipe before being injected into the evaporator (6). Until the water level rises to the center of the glass water level window (5), when the water level drain pipe (10) flows out and its water level stops rising, the water source valve (1) can be temporarily closed.
3. Connect the power and wait until the water in the pot has boiled before opening the water source valve (1). However, it should be noted that the water flow should not be too large or too small. The water source valve should be gradually opened from small to large, and adjusted until the distilled water output is large and there is a small amount of overflow from the water cup. The temperature of distilled water is around 40 ℃.
4. The distilled water outlet hose should not be too long and should not be inserted into the distilled water container. Before use, the hose should be washed clean and re washed with distilled water. The hose should be kept unobstructed and avoid forming a U-shaped structure to prevent steam blockage and water leakage.
5. The outer wall of the condenser feels hot, which is normal, otherwise there will be no distilled water flowing out.
