1.The instrument adopts quartz glass tube pull-out technology, with a spring pin supporting the sample tube and automatically popping out when taken out, making the sample tube less prone to breakage. Loading the sample before testing during injection makes it easier to clean and easier to operate. Due to the use of stainless steel inner sleeve and stainless steel rotor, the coefficient of expansion is similar, which is conducive to temperature conduction, and the material is not easily corroded or rusted. With high concentricity, the sample tube is easier to store horizontally stable and less prone to shaking.

2.The entire process is controlled by a PC computer and a front-end single board computer, using computer multimedia video technology to collect images of rotating droplets for analysis and calculation, which has excellent operability and repeatability. It can be connected to a computer for software interface settings and operations, and can also be directly set and operated on the touch sensitive LCD panel of the instrument.

3.The latest precise LED control technology, USB based digital CCD speed trigger mode, ensures that the image does not flicker at any speed. The imaging effect at the interface edge is clearer, which is beneficial for analyzing the fine features of turbid samples in oil fields. A constantly lit LED light source is beneficial for protecting its lifespan.

4.The USB standard digital CCD is superior to the commonly used analog CCD, without the need for an image acquisition card or a PCI slot in the accompanying computer. Therefore, desktop computers, all-in-one computers, laptops, etc. can be used as supporting computers to improve user convenience and freedom of use.

5.The main control program is Windows interface, easy to operate, and the images are standard BMP files that can be stored and printed. The program adopts advanced interface tension measurement calculation technology, and the processes of taking photos, saving images, calculating interface tension values, and displaying measurement values are all automatically controlled by the software, effectively avoiding the influence of human factors on the measurement values. It can record the interface tension values that change with time, speed, and temperature, and store all measured values in the database. At the same time, it can be directly exported as an EXCEL document, and the measured value curve graph can also be displayed in real time. Humanized software design, powerful database management method to manage all test data.

6.The interface tension measurement range is wide, from 10-6mN/m to 100mN/m, spanning eight orders of magnitude, making it a full-scale tension measuring instrument.

7.The high-speed motor imported from the United States, PITTMAN, is equipped with a complete servo control system and motor control system, with better upgrades and compatibility. The control speed can reach up to 10000 revolutions per minute, and the accuracy can control the speed to ± 5 revolutions per minute. The motor encoder control point can reach up to 500 points per turn, with higher accuracy and more convenient operation. High measurement accuracy, providing multiple levels of magnification, can enlarge the width of hair strands to over 100 pixels, greatly improving the measurement accuracy of ultra-low interfacial tension.

8.Equipped with an electrically controlled temperature heating system, capable of maintaining a constant experimental temperature. The instrument adopts precise PID temperature control technology, and the heating component adopts a new corrosion-resistant stainless steel design scheme, which has fast thermal conductivity and is easier to uniformly heat the sample tube without the need for additional temperature control equipment. The instrument can also choose to be controlled by an external super constant temperature bath.

9.Low noise electric imaging mechanism, interface button operation, simple and convenient, can be controlled and set by connecting to a computer or offline mode. The three-point horizontal adjustment design scheme can facilitate the control of droplets within the visible window range.
