Introduction to worry free after-sales service of non-contact roughness tester
Using porous confocal technology combined with CCD image capture, a rotating disk with many holes is used to replace the holes in the detector. Then, the objective lens is vertically moved, similar to tomography, to measure the three-dimensional data of an object in a short time (about a few seconds). Its measurement method is non-contact and will not damage the surface of the sample. It does not require measurement in a vacuum environment and can also be observed using the confocal microscope measurement function. It can be used normally in harsh working environments. Due to the use of confocal method, when measuring heights with large gradients, compared with other methods, it can measure the height of objects more accurately and establish 3D stereoscopic images, which has significant advantages.

Maintenance and Care
A measuring instrument is a precision measuring instrument that integrates optics, electronics, and mechanics. It requires regular and good maintenance and upkeep to maintain the instrument in good working condition. This is the only way to maintain the original accuracy of the instrument and extend its service life.
1. The instrument should be placed in a clean and dry room (room temperature of 20 ℃± 5 ℃, humidity below 60%) to avoid surface contamination of optical parts, rusting of metal parts, and dust and debris falling onto the motion guide rail, which may affect the performance of the instrument.
After using the instrument, the working surface should be wiped clean at all times, and it is best to cover it with a dust cover.
3. If the surface of the workbench is dirty, it can be wiped clean with neutral detergent and water. Never use organic solvents to wipe the paint surface, otherwise it will cause the paint surface to lose its luster.
4. Precision components of the instrument, such as the probe system, worktable, transmission mechanism, etc., need to be precisely calibrated. All adjustment screws and fastening screws have been fixed, and customers are not allowed to disassemble them by themselves. If there are any problems, please notify the manufacturer to solve them. Self disassembly causing instrument malfunction or reduced accuracy is not covered by the warranty.
5. All electrical connectors of the instrument should generally not be unplugged. If they have been unplugged, they must be correctly plugged back in according to the markings and the screws must be tightened. Incorrect plugging can affect the functionality of the instrument, and in severe cases, may damage the system.
