MixGenizerUltra high pressure cross injection microfluidic mixing homogenizerAlso known as ultra-high pressure multi-component microfluidic device, it is a homogenizer specifically designed for mixing and homogenizing sample fluids from two or more inlets.

Product parameter features:
1. Core technology: The application of multi-channel microfluidic diamond interaction chambers enables the Genizer ultra-high pressure microfluidic hybrid homogenizer to integrate the advantages of microfluidics and traditional high-pressure homogenization technologies.
2. Mixing pressure: The maximum design pressure is 30000psi, with touch screen control of pressure and multi-component injection speed.
3 mixed flow rate: maximum flow rate of 100mL/min (flow rate can be adjusted, varying with pressure and material viscosity).
4 Mixing Types: Two component mixed reaction homogenization, optional three component or four component mixed reaction homogenization.
5. Mixing accuracy: 1%, precise control of mixing ratio.

10 Modularization: Optional dual channel, three channel, or four channel microfluidic interaction chambers and corresponding 2, 3, or 4 ultra-high pressure pumps can be equipped. Material inlet and outlet can be directly injected with syringes or switched to stainless steel hoppers.
11 Appearance: Stainless steel shell, pharmaceutical grade hygiene standard.
