NanoGenizer-DualMicro jet high-pressure homogenizerIt is a dual pump desktop micro jet electric homogenizer with touch screen operation and intelligent program control. Dual pumps can be used separately or in parallel or series. It can be used in the laboratory to prepare liposomes, nano suspensions, microemulsions, lipid microspheres, nano precipitation, nano lotion, nano crystals, infusion, fine chemical reactions, etc. All parts in contact with the medium are made of 316L stainless steel, 17-4ph stainless steel, titanium alloy, tungsten carbide, PTFE, UHMWPE or other corrosion-resistant materials.

Product parameter features:
1) Core technology: The application of the second-generation microjet diamond interactive cavity enables the NanoGenizer Dual high-pressure homogenizer to integrate the advantages of microjet, impact flow, and traditional high-pressure homogenization technologies.
2) Homogenization pressure: The NanoGenizer Dual design can achieve a pressure of up to 30000 psi, with touch screen control for pressure and operation.
3) Homogeneous flow rate: 180mL/min at 25000psi, 120mL/min at 30000psi (varying with pressure and material viscosity)
4) Sample volume: can be as low as 30mL. The sample inhalation volume can be set by oneself, without emptying or wasting!
5) Sanitary grade: Contact materials are made of GMP approved 316L and 17-4PH stainless steel, tungsten carbide, zirconia, and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.
6) Temperature control: Can be equipped with sanitary grade heat exchangers to effectively reduce material temperature and ensure activity.
7) Safety: The whole machine does not involve high-intensity air pressure and oil pressure, and is equipped with intelligent overload protection.
8) Modularization: Y and Z-type diamond interactive cavities can be optionally equipped, which can be used with a single pump, or with dual pumps in parallel or series.
9) Power supply: Suitable for 220V, CE and ROHS standard certification.
10) Size and weight: 72 * 43 * 33cm/60kg, with a flexible and lightweight integrated design.
