Core technology: Micro jet diamond interactive cavity homogenization has good particle size effect and can easily achieve particle size distribution that is difficult to achieve with ordinary high-pressure homogenization technology.

5. Low residual amount: Approximately 1ml. The high-precision high-pressure cylinder pipeline design can control the residual amount at around 1ml without the need for air blowing.

6 Hygiene level: The contact materials are made of GMP approved 316L and 17-4PH stainless steel, tungsten carbide, zirconia, and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.

7 Temperature control: Can be equipped with sanitary grade heat exchangers to effectively reduce material temperature and ensure activity.

8 Safety: The whole machine does not involve high-intensity air pressure and oil pressure, and is equipped with intelligent overload protection.

9 Modularization: Y and Z-type diamond interactive chambers can be optionally equipped, and material inlet and outlet can be directly injected with a syringe or switched to a stainless steel hopper.
