The ultraviolet aging test chamber simulates the ultraviolet radiation and condensation in the natural sunlight to reproduce the environmental conditions such as ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation and darkness, and test the anti-aging performance of non-metallic materials. It can reproduce the damage caused by outdoor activities for months or years within a few days or weeks.

Test method:

In the experiment, the material sample to be tested is placed on the sample rack, the UV lamp is turned on and the corresponding experimental parameters are set. The experimental environment is set, including light intensity, temperature, rain, etc., and the test requirements are set, such as test duration and cycle period. UV light is irradiated for a certain period of time. Finally, the weather resistance of the material is evaluated by observing the changes in the physical and chemical properties of the sample.
