Prue UV series industrial waste gas UV photolysis deodorization and purification equipment is a specialized equipment for treating various types of industrial production emissions, as well as the oil and odor generated by industrial V0Cs. The equipment has the characteristics of stable operation, long service life, simple operation, and easy maintenance and cleaning. It is a basic equipment that meets the requirements of industrial waste gas purification and deodorization treatment.
The UV ultraviolet photocatalytic purification system produces two wavelength bands, 254nm and 185nm. The specialized 254nm ultraviolet lamp cuts off the chains of oil molecules to form small oil molecules. At the same time, the 185nm ultraviolet light reacts with oxygen in the air to produce ozone, which "cold burns" the small oil molecules into water, carbon dioxide, and trace amounts of white powder. Organic matter in the oil fume is photolyzed and oxidized, and the odor in the flue is also largely reduced. White powder is a complex mixture composed of fatty acids, oils, and various lipids, among which lipids have multiple forms, and an important component is the identified palmitic acid. The smoke processed by the equipment must be discharged through pipelines to an open outdoor area. The height of the discharge outlet should comply with relevant national regulations, and the discharge outlet should not be placed on objects such as trees, walls, and residential balconies.
2、 Principle of Technical Function
The UV-C ultraviolet C-band (254nm) beam radiates small particles of oil (protein molecules composed of amino acids, fat molecules composed of fatty acids, etc.), cutting off the chain of oil molecules and changing their molecular structure. Oil and volatile organic compounds are susceptible to UV-C attacks.

UV-C ultraviolet C band (185nm) reacts with oxygen in the air to generate ozone (O3) during operation. Ozone is a strong oxidant that permanently oxidizes and decomposes molecules such as alcohols, esters, aldehydes, and benzene in odors into harmless compounds such as water vapor and carbon dioxide, thereby reducing odor compounds.
