The room temperature catalytic gas purifier uses a combination of physical adsorption and catalytic reaction to purify H2O, O2, CO, CO2, H2, and MCHC in inert gases to a level of less than 1 ppb at room temperature. It can also be used to remove O2, CO2, and H2O from H2. It has the characteristics of long service life and simple operation.
